Please someone with DNS experience tell me what to do. I have 4 IP addresses on a server and have decided to have 2 dedicated to one portion of my business' websites and the other 2 ips dedicated to hobby sites.

I have gone through my registrar and set up both as name servers. One being:
ns1.mydomain.com
ns2.mydomain.com

and the other being:
server1.mysite.com
server2.mysite.com

I have gone to the server and set up records which appear to be correct to me:

@ IN SOA server1.mysite.com. admin.mysite.com. (
1137279639 ; Serial
10800 ; Refresh
3600 ; Retry
604800 ; Expire
3600 ) ; Minimum

example.com. IN NS server1.mysite.com.
example.com. IN NS server2.mysite.com.
server1.example.com. IN A xx.xx.xx.100
server2.example.com. IN A xx.xx.xx.101
mail.example.com. IN A xx.xx.xx.100
webmail.example.com. IN A xx.xx.xx.100
ftp.example.com. IN CNAME example.com.
www.example.com. IN CNAME example.com.
example.com. IN MX 50 mail.example.com.

Note that this example is supposed to show how I add a domain that has a name server on the 2nd name server set up on the machine. DNSreport states that I have one or more missing (stealth) nameservers.

Please help.
