When I type mydomian.com I get connection refused. I have tried port 80 and 8080. How do I find an open port to run my website off of my home computer

You have set up an A record in your domain DNS zone file to point to your modem's public IP address? You have configured your firewall/router to route this public IP address to your computer's LAN IP address? Your ISP allows incoming connections on port 80, or 8080? You have configured Apache to Listen to which port(s)?
