Mail-management Question

I am wondering what (if anything) can be done on an account-basis (as opposed to on a server-basis) as far as mail management goes? If there's a more appropriate forum for such a question, please feel free to move or delete this thread.

My host (not a commercial host) used to have some basic account management tools installed (UserMin, I believe it was called), but since no one (but me) was making much use of it, she didn't reinstall it when we moved to a new server. The main thing I needed it for was mail filtering, as I have a single Pop3 account and a catchall for *@mydomain.com, and I need to forward mails to [e-mail] and [e-mail] to different addresses.

Is there anything I can install myself that can handle mail filtering for just my account?
