Not that I know of - a DNS lookup takes the domain name and returns the IP address. There's no way to return two IP addresses at the same time.
You best bet on changing IP addresses is to plan ahead. Before the move, set the Time-To-Live for the old DNS record to a very short time, like ten minutes. This will cause DNS caches to check the original DNS information more frequently, and give you a smoother change-over.
It may be too late now, but maybe next time...
Google has gotten a lot better about updating their DNS, so hopefully, this will be a non-issue for you.
