networking unix course in the UK?

I'm a developer perl/php/mysql/xslt mainly but I dabble with unix etc as art of the job but our network admin guy sometimes isn't around for weeks on end so I am looking to do a course on networking just to learn a bit more on htaccess setting up, creating user accounts, just standard server set ups etc

I know my way around vi and standard simple unix stuff like cp mv etc etc but want to go a bit deeper

I'm in london UK

Can you sticky me some companies good for courses professional ones, mycompany will pay the bill
