Hello LittleJeff, welcome to the forums. By now you have found some important and useful information: Patience is not your long suit. Sorry, but even experienced developers have run into issues in doing what you're trying to do and it will take some patience to determine what went wrong, where and why. Some basic questions to help others who may stop by to understand the situation and what needs to be looked at:
From your words, it appears that you have set up a server on a computer for this project and you have installed Apache to serve your files. The help you need may be different if you are working on a 'nix box, a Windows PC, A Mac or other system, so first tell us about the environment.

You have already mentioned that you are a 'newbie in this' which says you have not done this before and probably have not read through lots of boring documents to get to where you are. Are you using a package install such as WAMP, LAMP or MAMP or other "all in one" server packages? IF so, did your package offer any kind of information on configuring this server?

Now, when you say you uploaded all your website, do you mean a script such as WordPress or Joomla or some other CMS, or a series of static html pages or some other website files? Was this site previously online hosted somewhere? Does it use a database?

Let's start with this basic information and possibly find the source of the problem you're having. I'm sure you've read the posting guidelines so when you need to use URLs you'll use example.com in place of actual domains.

So I install my server,

Where?
cpanel,

Where?
create domain

Where?

Et cetera.

What's the ultimate goal here? A pseudo-server that will let you test your site locally, a live server that will be accessible to the world, or something else?
