I have a live forum on root directory. e.g. www.example.com and a blog blog.example.com.

Is there any way user when user open www.example.com by default blog page come but all the old forum link remain intact. (I mean if user try to open www.example.com blog page shud open but when user try to open www.example.com/index.php forum page shud open).

Thanks for the help.

I don't have any idea how to do that. I have setup a test domain to test these settings.

If the forum is in the root directory, a redirect to make the blog appear as root would mean visitors to the forum would be redirected to the blog and I don't know how you could access the forum. They can't both be at root if root redirects to the blog folder.
