Hi everybody, I am new to Apache/Bugzilla. I followed the Bugzilla installation and got everything installed. Now, when I type [localhost:8080,...] i still get "the page cannot be displayed". What did i do wrong? There are no other errors? I am install it on Windows XP, with SQL. I have configure the config file in apache to listen to my computer's ip address i.e. 192.168.2.66:8080 . I also enter the server name using the same ip. Is that wrong?
There are a lot of wierd stuff going on. At first, there were conflicts with the port 8080(but no port was using 8080), I had to un-install and re-install apache and manually remove the left over folder in order to get it to work. Then everytime I shut off my computer, apache doesn't work, and I need to re-install again. I have been working on this for few days now. I have minimal technical skills regarding server etc. I am a QA and just want to use the tracking system! Anyway, please help if you can , greately appreciate
