im still worse. Joomla cms.
1.requirement is to ban all ip address to access my web site. eg 155.184.5.0-155.184.x.255 should not access my site(i mean allowed are 155.184.1-4.x. how to disallow and what and where should i configure this ban? :-(

You can use either

deny from

rules or a

RewriteRule

for this. The new rule should go before all the others in the

htaccess

file.
