can anyone tell me how to install apache?. I read on website it says I need server name, domain name and email ID.I dont know what this all is related to, my interenet service provider or my website? appreciate help Primrose

The Apache documentation will be quite helpful when you are trying to determine what the configuration directives mean. On the same site as the Installation [httpd.apache.org]instructions you will find each directive.
