It seems that somehow, someway, Apache is sawing my jpegs in half, and or blurring them out of vision if they are over 60KB or so...There seems to be a limit on images only,.RAR files and .phps scripts just fine...
I have been all through the httpd file, and don't see anything that might cause that issue, so I am figuring that there is something else maybe to do w/my system that is throwing it off...
I do not have php or mysql installed, and have uninstalled and reinstalled apache several times...But this is definitely happening somehow...
Any help is appreciated..!
