All of sudden site running slow on dedicated server on Plesk

I recently moved my site to a new dedicated server on 1and1. It was running superfast, but all of a sudden it started running very slow.

It is on AMD Hexa-Core Speed 6 Cores x 2.8 GHz, (3.3 Turbo Core) RAM 16 GB DDR3 ECC

My static pages are running fine but anything with php is running slow.

My CPU usage and Memory usage is fractional so don't know what is wrong.

I added one more domain without any code, and created dummy PHP file, and it worked just fast.

Not sure what I messed up with running server.

Can anyone help me with that?

Do you have free space in the disk? Sometimes Plesk piles a bunch of log files or backups and the server collapses.

(I don't know too much about servers or Linux but I found the best command for that is

du -hcs /*

).
