I'm getting hit by some pay for click scheme in India, and I've tried various methods of blocking, including using Incredibill's geo generator, banning specific IP addresses and referrer banning...
For some reason, I can't get any of those to work.
There is a single landing page being used: http
://www.mysite.com/
Is there any way to redirect ONLY the www version?
So, in other words, I'd like to shunt off the traffic if it lands on www.mysite.com but accept the traffic if it lands on mysite.com
Also, I've used the IP banning in the .htaccess file in my www directory, but I'm wondering if it should be in the .htaccess file one step higher.
