Would you recommend any good Apache reference book or online materials?

Personally I've found Apache's own documentation invaluable, [httpd.apache.org ]. If you're looking for something a little more tangible, pretty much anything from O'reilly is great. The Definitive Guide is just that, all-encompassing. The Cookbook is a great collection of solutions for different situations, and the Pocket Reference is a nice quick reference for all those configuration and .htaccess options that you can't quite remember the syntax for. Plus they come with a cute picture of a horse on the cover, how can you beat that?
