Hi,
I am a new user to this forum looking for help from experts on configuring Apache Web server.
I have a domin booked under godaddy & has directed my domain to public IP issued to me.
I am running Win2008 R2 Standard OS on which i have installed httpd-2.0.64-win32-x86-openssl-0.9.8o.msi Apche web server & would like to host it from my web server.
I am not able to get the Apache server to configure so that if i type the domain name it should resolve the webpage.I have created one test html file in Htdocs.
But when i try accessing the webpage through local ip or domain name i get the Apache screen saying Seeing this instead of webpage.
Please help me in getting the config file configured starting from listen port to what ever is necessary.
This help would be of great value as i have searched many videos on youtube but no where it's mentioned about linking domain name in webserver.
Port 80 & 8080 is forwarded in the firewall.
Looking for the help.
