Redirect all surf traffic to local webserver

Background:

On a seperate vlan, I will install dns/dhcp/web server. What I want to do after this is when a user connects to this network, when they try to surf, all requests will be ending up at my webserver that I will setup.

Example:
User connects to network, opens IE or whatever, and writes www.google.com
When the user hits enter, mywebpage.com will me shown. This solution is in use at airports etc. but I can't find a way to set it up.

Thanks!

What your attempting to do is no simple task.

Try a google on "intranet" and "extranet" in order to understand.
There are software's designed specifically for this intention.

Hi!

After some more researching I finally found what I was looking for. It was a captive portal that I was looking for.

But to setup a DNS server to only reply with the same page no matter what shouldn't be a big problem thou?
