Apache SSL mirror problems! The certificate is not trusted because no issuer chain was provided

My website now has a SSL VPS mirror! Everything is finally set up! But, when I tried opening the mirror using Firefox 14.0.1, first, it said that it was just partially encrypted. Now, after I created a new profile (removing all previous data), Firefox says that "The certificate is not trusted because no issuer chain was provided."! Here is the full message:

Maxwell, please post all relative information in the thread such as the error message and any related Apache code. The problem with links to URLs of screen shots is eventually they become 404s and then the thread is useless to future visitors seeking solutions to your same problem.

you are missing some intermediate certificates.
firefox keeps previously seen certificates in your profile so perhaps some of the intermediate certificates were there before you created a new profile.
