server error, please help

my website is displaying error when i try to post something or update something. website is on wordpress plateform.
i have enabled the error logs on server and that display following :

i think problem is with script that takes too long to execute so displaying the error . i have changed theme but nothing happens. disabled .htaccess file still nothing happens . i can't understand what is happening from where the error is originating.
so please help me i will be very thankful.
