I use a few different ssl logs. I cannot seem to get them to rotate. I have been online and tried many ways but none seem to work.

Anyone have experience with this?

I would also like to use apache rotatelogs to actually rotate them daily. they are taking up a lot of space.

Here's a 2007 explanation [webmasterworld.com]

I've a 2012 thread of a similar topic, however I was unable to locate it.

I've a current hourly and daily cron in place for rotating raw visitor logs.

I went searching and landed on this meandering thread [webmasterworld.com] which is probably not what you were thinking of, but it was the one time I could remember a digression into logs.

I hope your htaccess is not causing as much misery as it did back in February :)

Works just fine since I stopped attempting to mix apples and oranges ;)
