Redirecting with parameters?

I need to find a way to redirect with parameters. I want an old url

ie: [foo.com...]

to foward to the new domain

ie: [fooNew.com...]

anyone?

What methods have you tried and what were the results? We need a bit more information to be of any help here, since this kind of redirect is theoretically trivial, and it's not obvious what the problem could be.
