301 redirect help

Hello Friends,

I have old domain but NOT revealing site theme & nature of site contents.

I change domain name so any one can get idea of what kind of site & content on site will be.

I keep the same host & all files intact (no redesign & no change in file name or text)

I want that any one who type olddomain.com &/or any file form olddomain.com/oldfile.shtml will be redirect to newdomain.com &/or newdomain.com/oldfile.shtml

Can any one please suggest me how to write 301 redirect code under .htaccess file?
