make sure the sshd daemon is running, check your config to verify the port on which it should be listening, use netstat to test that it is listening.
do you have a firewall that might be getting in the way?

How do I know sshd daemon is running? Can I check it on plesk? Where?
How do I check the port it is listening? What command or how do I do it? Through terminal. I really don't know what is netstat? Should I download this program?
My firewall is set to accept all. I didn't change anything. It used to work it the past but after I did a hardware reboot, I no longer able to access ssh.

No you cannot check on plesk. If your host has a java console you can login through that and see if ssh is running or if there is a restriction with the firewall and IPs. If not ask your host.
