I want to redirect

http://www.example.com/%D7%94%D7%92%D7%9C%D7%99%D7%9C/%D7%AA%D7%9C-%D7%A7%D7%93%D7%A9

to
http://www.example.com/history

Tried many different rules, including this:

RewriteBase /
RewriteRule "%D7%94%D7%92%D7%9C%D7%99%D7%9C/%D7%AA%D7%9C-%D7%A7%D7%93%D7%A9" http://site2.com/history [R,L]

Need help with this

Well, you can start by reading the first few pages of this forum, including the Sticky post at the top.* (Tip: If your question involves more than one domain, you can make up different tld's, like example.abc and example.def.)

Notice how, after a while, it seems to be the same question over and over? When you get to that point, give it another try and come back.

Oh. Hebrew.

* Hee, hee. Our Moderator came along and edited the OP while I was in the act of composing.

Have you got any other % encoded URLs on the site or is this the only one?

On its own, R gives a 302 redirect. You'll need R=301 here.

I'll guess the % need to be escaped.
