Cant access Webmin on Local machine...

Cant even access as root...!

Cant even access as root...!

Error as follows.

"Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /webmin/index.cgi on this server."

Its installed in the /var/www/html folder on the machine which is the webroot as I can start .html / php files wtc.

Ive tried changing the permissions and the owner of the files but no luck.

Can anyone shead any light on the problem...?

Look into the AllowOverride and Options settings to be sure that files in that location are executable. for example, look for ExecCGI settings.
