Internal ip accessed from another external url

Hi all I was wondering if it would be possible to use a url, that already displays a website to display another interal ip server. an example would be something like [url]someurl.com/192.168.0.1:81[/url]. The thing is I have a BBB server on an internal address. I can always do something like bbb.somesite.com:81 but BBB has given me trouble every time I change the url inside the program. I hope this makes sense...

you might be able to do something that redirects a specific subdomain or subdirectory request to a proxy server on the internal IP...
