When I write subdomain in my Appache conf file. After restart Apache can I sharp after that call my subdomain from Internet browser?

Based on the thread title, and some language similarities, I'd say "immediately" is the most likely meaning. We have a related idiom in english; "Be here at 8:00 sharp."

The answer depends on whether you have configured your DNS zone file to define a wild-card subdomain. If so, then changes to httpd.conf would take effect immediately after Apache restart.

If you have not defined DNS for the subdomains, then you would have to do this, and then wait up to 3 days while the DNS changes propagate through the global DNS system.
