My peer not able to connect to my Apache host.

I was trying to set-up an internal Apache host that could allow my peer's computer to access into it. I have tested it in my own computer using [localhost...] and [<my_IP>....] It works fine for both, but wasn't work for my peer's computer when they are trying to connecting to my computer. May I know is there a work around so that my peer can connect my Apache?

Is your peer on the same network? If so, they should be able to access by IP as long as firewalls aren't interfering.
