Hey guys,

So here's the issue, we have an apache server hosting multiple accounts (being multiple websites). We can ping/access all websites (from our local network) on the remote server except for one by the name of Halcraft, on other networks such as my mobile phone's 4G connection I can access Halcraft. I have checked the denied IP list and our network's IP is not blocked - even if it was we wouldn't be able to see any of the websites we host at all which is the weird thing.

Any ideas anyone?

Temporarily rename the htaccess on the denied website and see if you then get access.
Make sure to clear your browser cache.

I have no .htaccess file in the root of the website. I tried clearing my cache - no luck yet

Don't just clear the cache. Use a different browser, preferably from a different IP. I never really believe anything I see online until I've seen the same thing on the library's computers, which are different in absolutely every way from my own.

And, the usual question: does "can't access" mean 400-class, 500-class or DNS-type error?
