I've seen this thread (http://www.webmasterworld.com/apache/4053973.htm) and great posts by jdMorgan about optimizing WordPress' .htacccess.
Could anyone help provide the equivalent for WordPress MU (Multisite)? The .htaccess is generates has a few additional rules.

This also includes some rules generated by the W3 Total Cache plugin but I'm not so concerned with that part.
