We are building hosted web application, but i am now struggling on web hosting and SSL setup, here is my requirement how system will work.

1. Website visitor will come to our website, they will fill up a basic form and submit, after that our system will create a sub domain for them such as abc-123.webbuilder.com

2. After creating this account they can setup their own domain from our website builder control panel (each customer will get separate login) by A name or CNAME entry (it might be sub domain or main domain we need both option), let say abc-123.webbuilder.com will work as customer1.com

3. We also need wild card SSL setup on domain *.websitebuilder.com which means website visitor on customer1.com will be redirect to https://abc-123.websitebuilder.com whenever they are trying access secure area.

I am planning to use Amazon ec2 platform, any kind of guidance or help will be appreciate

There are multiple old threads providing examples of this.

That would be a bad decision on your part. Amazon is a rather large server farm with a bad reputation.
Many webmasters have every Amazon IP denied.
see this very long thread [webmasterworld.com]

a quick google on "shared hosting" will provide endless results.

There's a search option at the top of each page.

You may also search any websites cache pages via most search engines.
EX Google:

site:www.example.com key+key+words

If that's a required restriction, than you'll not be able to use Amazon either.

If you desire your own server, than explore "co-location".
