Sub domain content from directory

Hi can any one help me how to do sub domain content from a directory let say any one type help.domain.com it will display the content from domain.com/help by htaccess but people will stay on sub domain in url bar, i already done my dns wildcard entry & apache virtual host entry.

Whoa there. Does your ISP charge by the sentence? Start by rewriting (haha) your question into at least three sentences, with more words, explaining exactly what you want to do. Give examples. In htaccess it is a very, very bad idea to just take a guess and hope it does what you intended. Do as I say. Not as I do.
