When I am installing apache, I get this message

First one says:"<OS 10048> Only one usage of each socket address <protocol/network address/port> is usually permitted. :make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs

Other one says:
[Tue Aug 30 0:27:16 2011] [error] <OS 2> The system cannot find the file specified. No installed service named "Apache2".

Does the first error occur when you try to launch Apache?

It looks like it might be complaining that there's already another application listening on port 80.
