Other one says: [Tue Aug 30 0:27:16 2011] [error] <OS 2> The system cannot find the file specified. No installed service named "Apache2". Note the error or messages above, and press the <ESC> key to exit.

Does the first error occur when you try to launch Apache?
It looks like it might be complaining that there's already another application listening on port 80.
