Subdomain to Subdirectory Rewrite

Hello,

Looking for some more help with rewrite rules, here's the older structure:

subdomain.example.com/YYYYMMDD-title-permalink-slug/

New structure:

www.example.com/subdomain/YYYY/MM/DD/title-permalink-slug/

Uhm, isn't this the identical question someone with a name amazingly similar to yours asked next door in this thread [webmasterworld.com]? Mutatis mutandis, possibly.

Yes and no. The same ending structure, but the subdomain on this one is unknown, on the other, we knew the oldsitename. Does that make sense?

The other post worked for olddomains that are moving but not for subdomains that are moving.
