Small apache module

I am French, I hope you understand me ...

I have a small project in mind, but I do not know how to do it even if it is feasible:
Create a simple Apache module that would contain a variable in the serial number of the hard drive on which Apache is running and when the module initializes, to audit the serial number of the current hard drive, and if it is different, perform an action.

Is it possible? if so how do you know that my area is the php and I do not have time to learn another language.
I would have to change this module then (change the serial number of the hard drive manually).

I hope someone understood and may wish to have me spend some time on the question!

It may be you would also need to post this in the php forum here

ps ..However as far as I'm aware you could not do this with php ( as it is serverside )..and isn't going to run on client machines..

To read HD serials and other info on client machines ..you can use VB or VBA or C#..various security and licensing systems do so on windows machines..

search "how to read HD serial" to get you started ..

I don't wan't code this in php, i just wanna said : i'm working with php, i don't have enough time to learn another language, do you understand ?

For the module, i wanna make a Apache module (coded on VB or VBA or C#) wich contain the serial number ans the action.

I would prefer someone to show me how because I do not have time to learn a new language.

I do not want a protection system available on the internet, I prefer a personnal module : "a little rat who is expecting her piece of cheese."
