.htaccess with WordPress and Webtrees

Hello!

Have a site with WordPress and also a subpart with a genealogy php programme Webtrees.

I now have to combine the .htaccess settings.

With WordPress I have the .htaccess as below. Webtrees

http://webtrees.net/en/add-ons/viewdownload/5/98

wants me to add:

RewriteEngine On

RewriteRule ^robots.txt$ /robots.txt.php

If I add it to the end or the beginning it is not working. Please advice?

The new line of code needs to go directly after the first RewriteEngine On line of the long file.

There are dozens of problems with the long code you have posted. It is highly inefficient and there are a number of syntax problems.

Thanks, deleted all lines between W3TC Browser and page Cache and placed the code. It now works!
