You forgot one piece of information. Where is your htacess file and what does it say?

thanks for reply.

.htaccess file in /web/test/ folder are empty.

Also .htaccess file in root /web/ are empty.

If I for example copy index.html file from /web/ to /web/test/ - it working all right.

If I "touch" a new file into the testfolder, I have forbidden access. also if i copy a file from other virtual domains to the web/test/ folder,

You likely have "Options -Indexes" set in your server config, which forbids "directory" access unless an index page is present in that directory.

Adding

Options +Indexes

to the top-level .htaccess file or to an .htacess file in the specific directory-path that you want to allow will likely fix this problem, assuming that Options overrides in .htaccess files are permitted by your server configuration.
