Website works some places and some pages

I have an extremely odd problem happening. My apache webserver works at my place, and where I work, happens to be the ISP for which I get my inet, everywhere else I get nothing, but 2 pages on my site to work. These pages are php pages that I have added to a wordpress site. Although I have another php added page that doesnt work.

The DNS is pingable and I have a FTP server that uses the domain name and it works as well. When I do go to my site via a web browser it says it connects and then just waits.... and waits... nothing after that.

It also isnt a permissions issue as I have changed the permissions and then I got a forbidden page.

I think that we need a bit more info.

Are you saying that you have Apache installed on something like a laptop. It works at home. It works at work (you work at what is also your home ISP). But when you take it someplace else other than those two locations, it DOESN'T work?

So let's validate a couple more things...

[myserver.myisp.com...] works while at home, and at your ISP, but not at, say, Starbucks?

However, ftp.myserver.myisp.com works at home, your ISP, and at Starbucks?
