my ftp sync software is telling me that the server does not support a hash request for a file compare with the local copy. I have asked the host if this can be enabled and they dont seem to actually know. To cut to the chase on a redhat/apache server does anyone know exactly what this is and how/if the server can be enabled for it? Thanks.
