How do I set up a nameserver?

I have a domain at cz.cc, which is quickserver.cz.cc.
I am hosting the actual website on Apache with my ip address; [xx.xx.xx.xx...] The document root is C:/webserver/www/quickserver/.
When I go to the cz.cc control panel it says it is inactive and I need to set up a nameserver. So I click on it, and it gives me to two nameservers I need to enter and I am not sure what to put here. Do I put my IP address or is there something I am missing? Do I need to change my httpd.conf file - if so, how?
Thanks in advance :-)

You need to put the names of the nameservers provided by your domain registar or --if your domain was registered with your hosting company-- the nameservers that they provided. The nameservers are provided by your domain name's registrar. They generally look like "ns1.registrar-name.com" or "ns27.registrar-name.net"

Thanks Jim.
They don't actually provide me with anything specific. My domain is register with cz.cc as quickserver.cz.cc. But I host the website on my own webserver. At the moment it is hosted on Apache as [my-ip-address...]

But now I want to use the quickserver.cz.cc and I am not sure how. I don't have a nameserver and I need to know how to set on up. At the cz.cc control panel, when I click on my domain quickserver.cz.cc to manage it, it says to set it up, I need to set up a nameserver (two). Do I just put anything or what? I'm really new to this so I don't really know anything.

Well, I don't know what "quickserver" is, but whoever you registered your domain with must provide you with at least two nameservers. Call their help desk or review their Support documentation on-line.
