SendBufferSize set low in httpd.conf

set it to 1024 and now the site seems stable

I was just trying this out and it seems to have worked well. My site hosts a lot of downloads - so I am guessing the multiple downloads was racking up the server load. I set the SendBufferSize low to 1024 in httpd.conf and now although the downloads are slower - the pages load much more consistently. I need to test this more - but any inputs would be helpful.

Nope... it's disastrous! Set it to 50K now. :D
