First i have tried to change CPanel port then discovered it is not possible so decided to block all IPs to WHM/CPanel ports. So how can i do this, i am sure there are might be way to do this, but don`t know how.

See Apache mod_access and mod_rewrite for your server version at apache.org. Then post specific questions back here. You will be making changes to your server configuration -- not something to be done without a thorough understanding of the methods and of the effects of your implementation...

My server is: support.example.com/articles/pre-sales-questions/what-software-and-program-versions-does-example.com-offer
I need block only default CPanel and WHM ports, with IP blocking or port changing. That is VPS and there are only my site, so i don`t want someone else got access to login screens. ex: webmasterworld has no 2082/2083 port access and i want my site like this one also.
Thanks, Turkel.
