URL 301 redirect help

Need to remove bogus query strings

Hi all,

Google WMT is sending me emails saying i have a high number of junk urls.

Upon inspection it seems i have a lot of URLs with random querys on the end being indexed.

Example.

www.example.com/folder/example.html/?%3CBR%3Ehl=it%3CBR%3Ebgjadabghr?hl=hu

How can i redirect such 301 duplicates via htaccess to their original page, rather than the site home.
