I have issue when installing [phpmyadmin.net...] phpMyAdmin 2.11.10
The call can be made generically with http: and no port designation at the end of the domain name.
Should be done this manually or there is some specification to so this?

Is this a complaint? It is usual that it runs on http: with no port requirement. If you need to set a port requirement or https: requirement then that is something you do at the webserver level.

This is not compliant. It is question. What is difference between config and cookies specifications and code?

Really it is a question of security levels; they are each subject to different types of security attack. Unless security is a high priority for you, I suggest that cookies-based login and an unusual name for the path is good enough. Be sure of course to update the version regularly.

No need install separate php my admin , apache , youg etc just use XAMMP just click on start xampp file and enjoy all the functionality of php. Another befit is that you need not install it just double clik on the file name i wrote. It is best to show your portfolio to someone because just copy xammp folder on your usb, attach it run the file and show your creativity :-)
