Windows server hosting Apache migrated and apache not working

Any one had this situation?

We have migrated our windows servers hosting Apache webserver and now Apache is not working, error message i am seeing is:

[error] VirtualHost *:80 -- mixing * ports and non-* ports with a NameVirtualHost address is not supported, proceeding with undefined results
