how to redirect

Hi,

Here is my question: if i simply type google.com in the location bar, it should redirect me to [google.com...]

How can i achieve this with the rewrite rules. It's non-www URL as well without [,...] however it should convert to the full URL.

This question has been asked and answered hundreds of times in the last couple of years. Almost every day, there is sample code that includes this functionality as part of a longer file - indeed two posts in the last three days do so.
