to set up subdomain name which only I want

I have a site www.food.com. Now I have set up various subdomains like icecream.food.com, choclates.food.com, juices.food.com. What I want is I should be able to set any new name I want for a new subdomain and restrict it for others. For eg. if I want to open up a new category, say italian.food.com I should be able to ope it up immediately, at the same time no one else should be able to set it up, which is happening now and google will penalize me if others use my domain name to make subdomains. If I set it up from my host, I would have to wait for 24 - 48 hours for opening a new subdomain, which I do not want. Please if someone can tell me f its possibel to do it via htaccess.
