wamp and internet

I have a home computer to install apachi(wamp) server.
But this server work only when i logged to internet.

When i disconnect and run 127.0.0.1 - show:
The page cannot be display....

How do I fix this?

What happens when you go to [localhost...]

You may also need to enable offline mode in IE.

I try on work offline, but is the same.

If you're on WinXP, be sure that you've upgraded at least to SP2 -- The original releases of WinXP had some serious problems with handling localhost and other 127.x.x.x addresses.

I have windows 7(RC 7100).

Previously everything worked fine, but when the reinstall the windows again, something happened.

Befor was Win 7 x86, now x64
