howto make apache backup server on w2k3 or linux

Hi,

I just wonderin does anyone know how to set up apache servers, baisicly I would like to make master / slave apache server in case if 1st stops.

I'm using win 2k3 but It doesn't mater it could be linux as well (better ubuntu or debian)
