Looking for a semi-managed dedicated hosting company

It seems that a good % of "top ten web hosting" sites have an axe to grind. It's hard to find out what's good and what's not, even in the hosting specific forums as many of the folks who respond seem to be resellers.

To cut a long story short, I need a semi-managed dedicated box because my unix skills are poor. I want to be able to administrate using an easy-to-use control panel. I was very happy at mediatemple, but unfortunately, Plesk isn't compatible with MySQL 4.0+, which I require.

In short, I need a host which satisfies the following:

- westcoast/midwest data center
- pentium IV or Athlon processor
- 512MB+ RAM
- 1000GB+ b/w
- 100Mb/s transfer rate
- MySQL 4.0+ and PHP
- easy-to-use control panel (i.e. anti-webmin!)
- no charge to add domains
- semi-managed (i.e. custom start-up config, harden firewall -- just the basics)
