I am experiencing some odd behaviour with my LAMP server.
When browsing my site, sometimes, the page takes an age to load. While this is happening it says Connecting in the status bar of Firefox.
At first I thought it was MySQL queries/load that was slowing things down, but I have experienced it on static pages also.
Usually clicking refresh loads the page normally, but sometimes not.
Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this, or how to improve it? Does this sound like an Apache config problem?
